Paveethran Swaminathan is a Research Data Analyst at Biomedical Data Research Lab (BDRL) at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). He pursued B.Tech in Computer Science in India and later received his M.S. in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington (IUB) in 2023. He joined BDRL during his graduate program at IUB in 2022. Paveethran currently works with Deep Learning pipelines on Spatial Transcriptomics and Histology Imaging data of Cancer tissues, and developing explainable Machine Learning methods for computational Biology.
